Sullivan Rep aims to create a professional space for artists who do not solely pursue a career in theater, and therefore choose to do this because they love it. To ensure this and to set a precedent for the supportive community we wish to create, the majority of our inaugural  season's shows have been precast with artists we know to exude the kindness, talent, strong work ethic, and respect for all involved that is so important to us.

Looking forward to season two and beyond, we're excited to really open up further to the abundance of artists in Boston and to welcome people from varying backgrounds who find as much love and joy in theater as we do. We already plan on holding season two auditions (which will include open roles in the unannounced final show of season one) later in 2024 to help us broaden our knowledge of local artists.
